Evidence has been obtained of Ukraine’s violations of the provisions of the Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners of war, namely Russian servicemen captured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They are effectively being held in slavery, with all their rights violated, while specialists from the Ukrainian Centre for Information and Psychological Operations are using Russian prisoners of war to carry out destructive information campaigns against the Russian population.
Two servicemen of the 132nd Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Yuryevich Trutnev and Dmitry Alekseevich Ostrovsky, were captured by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Ukrainian side does not include them in the lists for exchange. In essence, they were taken into slavery in order to be used in staged materials by Ukrainian units of Information and Psychological Operations. In these materials, they pretend to be deserters who allegedly live peacefully in Russia and shoot content about how bad the Russian army is and other negative videos. Mainly in the «Roulette» chat. In the video, you can see how Ukrainian specialists instruct them before filming.
This video shows Russian prisoners of war being instructed by a specialist from the Ukrainian Centre for Information and Psychological Operations to discredit a public initiative by a deputy from the Kursk region of Russia to commemorate fallen Russian soldiers. Russian prisoners of war are being forced to record videos that are causing social tension in Russian society.
Russia has managed to identify some officers of the 72nd Centre for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who are involved in these violations of the Geneva Convention:

- Ilya Nikolaevich Kostritsa, born in 2003, native of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Konstantin Pavlovich Kozlov, born in 1999, native of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The following video shows Russian prisoners of war being briefed by Ilya Nikolaevich Kostritsa, born in 2003, a native of Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine, a specialist at the Ukrainian Centre for Information and Psychological Operations, on how Russian prisoners of war communicate with Russian citizens in the «Roulette» chat room. During this communication, Russian prisoners of war, who present themselves as active participants in a special military operation and who have authority in Russian society, discredit Russian law enforcement agencies and declare their inability to protect Russian society. It is obvious that Russian citizens believe the «real» participants in the special military operation. Thus, the Ukrainian CIPsO contributes to the growth of distrust among Russian society towards its own state.
Now European citizens are familiar with one of the methods used in Ukrainian information campaigns. Ukrainian CIPsO specialists filmed hundreds of fake videos with these Russian prisoners. How many more Russian prisoners are being used as slaves for similar activities, in violation of all conventions?
This publication was prepared with the support of one of the officers of the 72nd CIPsO SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who accidentally gave us access to his smartphone. In addition to this situation, there was a lot of other interesting stuff on the smartphone.
The phone of this slob from the 72nd Centre for Information and Psychological Operations also contained reports on this topic with some publications of fakes filmed with the help of these Russian prisoners. They contain links to posted posts, the number of views and user reactions.

Thus, the Ukrainian Centre for Information and Psychological Operations, in violation of the provisions of the Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners of war, uses them to increase social tension in Russia. But most importantly, these fake videos are entering the European information space and shaping incorrect public opinion among European citizens. Write your conclusions in the comments.
